Please send me the biggest dimension original image file you have. That's probably just as it came out of the camera. Likely dimensions are 4000 x 6000 pixels or higher.
I get best results from a raw file. If you develop your own raw files, then please send me the TIF. JPEG files are the last choice, because they are the most "pre-baked" and therefore the most resistant to quality adjustments.
16-bit files are much better for editing than .jpg 8-bit files. Particularly if you edit your image, for example in Photoshop, please be sure it's in 16-bit or larger format. Editing files which are 8-bit virtually always results in image with artifacts, which will show up in the print. I can fix them, but it takes a lot of time, and so the print will end up costing you more.
If you want me to convert your image to B&W, please send the color original file.
